On Monday this week we launched our Christmas Tree Trail which will be running until Sunday 20th December. After a difficult year we wanted to create a fun and free activity for families around Southend to enjoy in the lead up to Christmas, and we’ve done just that!
We have twelve businesses around the town that have eagerly joined the trail to bring some joy to families with this fun Christmas themed activity. Using the map provided on the activity pack (available on the Visit Southend website) participants can set off on a word hunt. When all twelve festive words have been found on the tree trail, you could be in with a chance of winning one of three generously donated prizes from our BID businesses in time for Christmas. All you need to do is submit a picture of your completed Tree Trail activity sheet to Hello@SouthendBID.com and you will be entered into the prize draw.
Toys’n’Tuck have a huge range of goodies to fill those Christmas stockings and if you complete our trail you could be in with the chance of winning a £50 gift voucher which they have kindly donated. Caddies have had a fantastic Christmas makeover this December and will be donating a free round of crazy golf for a family of four to one of our three prize winners. And finally, we all know how busy Santa is at this time of year but one of our prize winners will be in luck! Adventure Inside are offering up a prize for one child and adult to meet him and visit their winter wonderland!
Whilst venturing around the town on the tree trail it is a great opportunity to pick up some Christmas presents, stop off for bite to eat, or enjoy some of the other activities on offer across the town.
