Southend BID are pleased to announce that we will be working more closely with Southend’s Homeless Charity, HARP, who are doing a fantastic job in dealing with homelessness and rough sleeping. This is a step forward in operating together in order to approach these concerns and deal with the surrounding issues affecting the town centre on a daily basis.
