Small Business Saturday takes place this Saturday 3rd December. The annual campaign helps to promote and celebrate small businesses in communities, with support and free marketing via its social media channels throughout December.
This year, Southend Borough Council invites businesses to take part in the #BestFestiveBiz competition. Simply decorate your business for Christmas and send a picture via Twitter @businessonsea or email economicd@southend.gov.uk by 3rd December. Plus, 6 additional winners will be chosen from Westcliff, Thorpe Bay & Shoebury, Southend, Southchurch, Leigh-on-Sea and Eastwood and receive two cream tea vouchers at Gleneagles Guesthouse. An overall winner will also be selected and win a FREE Blatella Productions promotional video.
Plus – the local event offers free parking and a number of areas, including Leigh, have been added to its Bus Tour.
