Issues such as recycling, waste and street cleansing services can now be reported directly, requested and accessed online via MySoutend app, in conjunction with Veolia. Other items include missed collections or sack deliveries, full or damaged bins, fly tipping/posting, street cleansing, graffiti, broken/untidy public toilets, assisted collections, new residents packs, replacement container/lids.
Users can also upload photos of issues and track the status of reports through the “myreports” facility.
