Formed in 2013, Southend BID is the Business Improvement District (BID) Company for Southend

As a BID, we're funded by businesses within a defined BID zone, who have a rateable value of £15,000 or more. They pay a annual fee (a small percentage of their rateable value) and in doing so receive a lot in return.
However, if your business is in the BID Zone but has a rateable value of less than £15,000, or you're outside of the BID Zone, you can receive some of these benefits by becoming a Friend of the BID.
